About
This time Eskimi HR team is looking for a recruiter, located anywhere in the world, to help ensure a faster global growth of Eskimi team! We have 30+ positions open - reach out if You’re up for the challenge!
What You'll do:
  • Source candidates and approach them via email, LinkedIn or calling them
  • Screen & interview the candidates, lead them through the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and other teams’ members
  • Do market research and build & own global Recruitment Strategy
  • Contribute in improving Recruitment and other HR processes.
What will help you do it:
  • 2+ years of international recruitment experience, especially recruiting for IT and Sales positions, owning and coordinating the recruitment process
  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and adjust priorities
  • Sharing Eskimi values - growth,  high sense of ownership, initiative and drive
  • Fluency in English and high level of self-organization, hands-on mentality.
